Dealing with holiday entitlements, particularly for part time employees and those with variable working patterns can be a huge challenge for managers. Our employee database enables you to automatically calculate entitlements based on different working patterns and part years, saving hours of valuable management time. It has been uniquely created with hourly and sessional contracts in mind and eliminates the need to calculate bank holiday entitlement based upon days of the week worked. It entirely removes the headache of annual calculations.

The employee self-service module provides access for employees to see their own records, keep track of their holiday and study leave and enables them to apply for and view their holiday and other absences. No more paper based record systems will be required!

Locum management

Our database allows you to maintain contact details for locum GPs and other clinicians and offer them a calendar of available sessions for them to view. The database then records sessions worked by each locum for simple fee processing.

Reminders and notifications

Keeping up to date with changes to contact details, expiry of training, renewal of professional registrations, signature of contracts and so on Is incredibly time consuming. Our database will notify you of missing information, relevant expiry and renewal dates and other deadlines. This ensures CQC compliance and allows for gaps to be obvious. Document generator

At to the heart of the application is a sophisticated document generator enabling you to quickly and accurately produce complex employment contracts, policies and procedures, contract variations and customized letters to manage sickness, maternity, and other HR events.  The application is optimised for primary care organisations reflecting GDPR, CQC, GMC, NMC, GDC and other regulatory requirements.

The contract generator will enable you to produce bespoke employment contracts for GPs, other clinicians and admin staff on permanent, temporary, or casual basis.

HR Workflows

Our workflow manager enables you to manage routine but potentially challenging employment events with our workflows which guide you step by step through the processes involved.  We have workflows for recruitment, induction and probation, discipline and grievance, flexible working requests, maternity leave and pay, redundancy and many others.  Workflows generate the correspondence needed at each step of the process ensuring accuracy and consistency across your organisation.
